Valet & detailing
Polishing
Give your watch the chance to shine bright and glow like new, with our specially developed valet and detailing service.
Once received, your watch will firstly be given a deep cleansing valet to release any oils, greases, daily dirt that has built up over time. Using the latest specially designed solutions and cleaning materials, the case, bracelet or strap is bathed, brushed and rinsed to bring out shine and true colours. Once dried and buffed, your watch will move to our polishing facility, where the very latest tooling is used to remove even the slightest imperfections. The care and attention that is devoted to each watch means that no matter the make or model, the watch is returned to you like new.

Professional Photography
Presentation is everything and the perfect shots can improve the interest your listing gets, and could increase the final sale value.
To give your watch the WATCHDROP+ treatment, the photography team would love to help. The photography can take place either in our dedicated studio, or if you’d prefer, our photographers can come to you and take the photos without the watch leaving your sight. All the images are taken to showcase the details and beauty of each watch. A full selection of shots are captured and sent to you to use in your listing.

Our partner Tic Toc Man and their workshop facilities can offer you and your watch a host of services. From the simplest work such as adjusting, tightening or replacing straps to periodic services such as technical repairs and part replacements. Each and every service request is handled and managed on a one-to-one basis. We make sure you and the team clearly define the work required, agree a project plan and present a formal quotation for you to accept before starting.
